- Should be able to Configure & Customize Siebel Objects (i.e. UI layer, Business Layer, Data Layer)
- Should have strong scripting (eScript) and workflow knowledge.
- Should have worked on Siebel vanilla Business services and workflows.
- Should have knowledge of Product catalogue and Pricing Configuration.
- Exposure to Siebel Assignment Manager and Workflow policies is an advantage.
- Exposure to Siebel Order framework is an advantage.
- Exposure to Siebel EAI framework is an advantage.
- Overall 3 to 6 years of experience in Application Development involving Siebel CRM
- 3-6 years of experience in Siebel implementation and support
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience in a global team with customer facing role.
- Strong skills with a proven track record of success on large/highly complex projects.
- Must have the ability to communicate technical issues and observations.
- Hands-on experience in development using best practices and standards on Siebel
- Siebel Developer Tools, Business layer, Data layer, UI layer
- Siebel Workflow
- Siebel architecture and deployment
