• Graduate/ Post Graduate qualification in Engineering/Computer Sciences with minimum 2-4 years programming experience in software companies involved in applications/product development with strong relational database skills.
• Be able to analyse, design, code, test, configure and undertake project documentation.
• Knowledge or experienced in structural development methodologies like SSAD & OOSAD.
• Ability to speak and write well in English for overseas client interaction.

• Graduate/ Post Graduate qualification in Engineering/Computer Sciences with minimum 2-4 years experience as Web Designer.
• Work in concert with creative team to design web applications that enrich client brand experience.
• Develop elegant web solutions that perform appropriately and degrade gracefully in multiple browsers, platforms, and media types.
• Contribute to the development of various concept-driven projects.
• Familiarity with current trends in web design and online environments with thorough understanding of web standards.
• Must demonstrate ability to deliver projects to client specifications, within timeline and budget.
• Optimizes visual design and concept in the Internet or multimedia environment.
• Extensive experience in working with template-based Content Management Systems or portal products.
• Knowledge about AJAX, Interaction design, Flash, Usability testing experience would be an added help.

• Graduate/ Post Graduate qualification in Engineering/Computer Sciences with minimum atleast 4-6 years experience developing web applications within enterprise architectures including implementing web based systems and middleware.
• 1-2 years experience with middleware, web services and SOA.
• Experience in facilitating meetings with project stakeholders to capture requirements; documenting requirements through the use of process flows, preferably using both high-level process design and UML activity diagrams for low-level system design; capturing website functional requirements and documenting.
• Experience in logical data design; designing schemas for relational database systems and schemas for XML to model data; transforming XML data using XSLT
• Experience in documenting system requirements using SDSM techniques and logical design of n-tier architectures.
• Ability to speak and write well in English for overseas client interaction.

• Graduate/ Post Graduate qualification in Engineering/Computer Sciences with minimum 2-4 years experience as DB Engineer.
• Write, maintain, code review and troubleshoot SQL stored procedures.
• Delivery database solutions and support to development projects.
• Create and maintain logical and physical database diagrams for structure, referential integrity and indexing.
• Knowledgeable in normalization and practical database design.
• Create and support data movement within the different development environments.
• Create and maintain proper documentation for processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain database disaster recovery solutions. Back up recovery, clustering, log shipping and replication.
• Proficient in database reporting methodologies including de-normalization, roll up, OLAP and data cubes Using Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
• Expert using MS SQL Server, MS SQL Analysis Services, MS SQL Reporting Services, Erwin.
• Expert in SQL Profiling, index tuning wizard, optimisations techniques, tracing and paging.
