Managing Director

Narayana is the Founder and Managing Director of Covalense. He started Covalense in 2006 with a vision to create an organization that stands for "long lasting & trustworthy bonding" with its clients & with its team. His aim is to establish Covalense as a "Trusted & Reliable IT services organization" recognized by clients worldwide.

He has over 17 years of experience in IT industry. Prior to starting Covalense he headed NuNet Technologies as Vice President Technical and COO for 6 years. Earlier to that he worked for Intergraph & Informix Corporation, USA.

He has an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in everything he undertakes. He forges ahead with a high level of initiative, strong passion and strives constantly for a harmonious flow of work always encouraging open communication. He mentors his team continuously towards focus & client orientation, strategic thinking, can - do attitude, willingness to groom other leaders, to work effectively & efficiently in unstructured environments, adaptability, handling ambiguity and to work always with glowing team spirit.

Narayana holds Masters in Computer Science and Technology from Anna University.

Co-Founder & President

Sreenivas brings around 20 years of IT industry experience working for several fortune 500 companies and startups (around 10+ years in US) developing products in Telco, digital broadcasting, communications and media/entertainment industries. Prior to Covalense, he was with Oracle Communication global division as a Director, heading the OBRM (Oracle Billing and Revenue Management System) development teams in India, responsible for evolving BRM system to the new technologies and domains, managed multiple product releases for 7+ years. He was very highly respected for his leadership skills and for playing a key role in incubating Portal/Oracle development center in India, building a 150 strong world class development organization in Bangalore. He was also part of Oracle USA Inc and played a vital role in integrating Portal's Billing product with other Oracle products after Oracle’s acquisition of Portal software in 2006.

He is specialized in mentoring and honing professional careers of engineers working with him, a good leader helps guiding his teams becoming successful both professionally and personally. He is extremely focused in the success of customers, has traveled worldwide extensively.

Sreenivas holds masters in computer science and technology from NIT, Warangal.

Vice President – Business Development

A highly motivated professional who has been involved in IT Industry for over 14 years in various capacities which include setting up offshore development centers, software program management, software project marketing and ISO/ CMMi compliant development/delivery of IT systems. For the past 10 years, he has been involved in the business development in Australasian market. In his earlier career, he had 20 years military service handling resources, operations and Command, Communication, Control, Computer & Intelligence (C4I) systems and has commanded combat infantry units in various operations of Indian Army. Srinivas is a member of PMI, New Zealand Software Association and National Geographic Society and holds degrees in MBA, MA (Economics) and is a certified PMP and Internal Quality Auditor. He is extremely focused and detail oriented. He uses his excellent communication skills and brings his expertise in managing diverse functions to Covalense.
